Airplane Solo Course
Our guaranteed airplane solo course is $350. On average our graduates completed this course in 10-12 hours. Aircraft rental and other expenses are additional. For this one time guaranteed fee, you receive one on one instruction, including ground and flight training in preparation for the pre solo written test and the solo flight. Note: To solo you will need to have at least a third class medical certificate (approximately $90).
Private Pilot Airplane Course
Our guaranteed Private Airplane Course has an instructor’s fee of $2795 provided you work full time each consecutive day until you earn your Private Pilot License. In approximately three weeks you could have the certificate in your hand!
Course Requirements: third class medical and private pilot written completed.
Ten Day Instrument Course
Our guaranteed flat rate instructor fee is only $2495. In only ten days you can earn your instrument rating. Guaranteed! We work seven days a week, rain or shine, to help you attain your goal. This course will consist of at least 40 hours of flight time.
Course Requirements: third class Medical and instrument rating written completed.
Five Day Commercial Airplane Course
Our guaranteed flat rate instructor fee is $995. One of our flight instructors will work with you full time for five days teaching how to be a commercial pilot. You will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to become a certified commercial pilot. This training will include complex airplane systems, commercial maneuvers, Federal Aviation Regulations, and much more. On average our students complete the course with ten hours of flight time in a complex aircraft.
Course Requirements: third class medical and commercial pilot written completed.
* Seven Day Flight Instructor Course *
Our guaranteed flat rate instructor fee is $1895. One of our many qualified flight instructors will work with you each and every day full time until you receive your Flight Instructor Certificate. On average our CFI students complete the single engine course in seven hours of flight time in a complex aircraft.
Course Requirements: third class medical and FOI and FIA written tests completed.
Three Day Instrument Instructor Airplane Course
Our guaranteed flat rate instructor fee is $750. You will receive full time instruction for three days and complete your instrument instructor certificate. You must be instrument current and instrument proficient before the start of this course.
Course Requirements: third class medical and instrument instructor written completed. If needed, we offer an instrument instructor ground school for an additional $250.
Three Day Multi-Engine Airplane Course
Our guaranteed flat rate instructor fee is $750. You will receive full time instruction for three days and complete your multi-engine add on rating. On average our students complete the multi-engine course with ten hours of flight time in a multi-engine aircraft. Through this course you will receive an add on rating to get any of the following: multi-Engine private, multi-engine commercial, or multi-engine instructor.
Course Requirements: third class medical and at least private pilot single engine certificate.
****Professional Pilot Course*****
This has become one of Livingston’s most popular courses! You can complete this course in as little as 4-6 months. We have many variations of this program. Our price from this course starts at $26,000 plus depending on the aircraft used. Tax, books, examiner fees, and written tests are extra. We will work with you 5-7 days a week until you are a commercial single and multi-engine instrument rated pilot, with a certified instrument flight instructor certificate. Upon completion of this program, we will aid you in locating a flight instructor position.
Pinch- Hitter/Non Flying Companion Solo Course
This course is designed for the non flying companion who would like to gain a better understanding of the airplane their spouse is flying. We will discuss basic aircraft systems, weather, navigation, and flight physiology. We can modify the course to meet your demands as well. The guaranteed three day course is $350. If you choose to get your private certificate after this course, this time can be used towards your certificate.

- 10 day Instrument Course-50 hours cross-country PIC
- Commercial Course- private pilot license, minimum of 240 hours total
- Certified Flight Instructor Course- commercial certificate, with instrument privileges.
- Multi-Engine Instructor Add On- Needs ten hours multi-engine PIC prior to start.
- All courses require at least a third class medical prior to start and applicable written exams completed. In addition, you must be proficient in the certificate held, except for the solo and private pilot courses.
